These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital coaching programs, online courses, materials, and community spaces provided by Growths Academy.

All content, materials, videos, texts, exercises, templates, and tools provided within the Growths Academy coaching programs are the exclusive intellectual property of Growths Academy and are protected by German and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish the content
• share your login or grant third-party access
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Upon purchase, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the coaching program.

Unless otherwise stated, access is granted for lifetime access to the purchased content. Growths Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content to maintain quality and relevance.

Access may be revoked in case of violation of these Terms.

You agree to pay the full price of the coaching program either:

• as a one-time payment, or
• via an agreed installment plan.

All payments must be completed on time. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Growths Academy provides educational content, coaching, strategies, and tools.

No guarantees are made regarding specific results, income, personal transformation, or success. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, implementation, discipline, and personal circumstances.

Growths Academy does not make earnings claims or promise specific outcomes.

Due to the digital nature of the coaching program and immediate access to the content, you expressly agree that:

• all sales are final
• there are no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks

By purchasing, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB) once access to the digital content has begun.

Please review all program details carefully before purchasing.

If the program includes group calls, chats, or community spaces, you agree to:

• communicate respectfully
• refrain from harassment, bullying, spam, or harmful behavior

Growths Academy reserves the right to remove participants from the program and community without refund in case of violations.

Growths Academy reserves the right to terminate access to the program without refund if misuse is detected, including but not limited to:

• sharing login credentials
• content theft or redistribution
• violation of these Terms & Conditions

Growths Academy is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for indirect damages, loss of profit, or results derived from the use of the coaching content.

Participation is at your own responsibility.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction is Germany, insofar as legally permissible.
